Though caught by many of your species and considered some kind of screwed up deity, This is just a well presenting Void creature who seems to have lost its way. The Authority will come soon to retrieve it. Maybe it already has?

The Demon
This being seems to stem from human Christianity and a basic... well you don't have a word for it in your language so I guess I'll just call it a Nether Dog? Yeah, you just gave a dog Satan's personality and some weird font in order to try and comprehend the existence of which I originate from.
TOBI
With an unknown appearance, true name, motive, or even an inkling upon his origin, TOBI is the true malevolent force. He has been linked to causing the end of the last eleven turns. He is known as "John" by his mandatory host, Andrew. As far as we know, he has masked his true motives in world domination based upon clean cut cliche good vs evil tactics. Thought a first to be a third party who lacked relations with either The Operator or The Demon.
TOBI is best described as a "Neutral" force.
I uh... I'm leaving this here because I don't know what this unkind man is or what he wants. I'm sorry.
